From Pilgrimage Town to Old Railway Station: A Snowdrop Journey in Norfolk

Every year, a visit to the pilgrimage town of Walsingham to see the snowdrops marks the quiet turning of the seasons for us. This year was truly exceptional — carpets of white, the soft scent of blooms in the air, and the unmistakable stillness that makes Walsingham such a special place to visit.

Returning to The Old Station in Snettisham and finding our own snowdrops in flower felt like a perfect reflection of everything we love about Norfolk — heritage, nature, calm and connection to place. As a base for exploring North Norfolk, Snettisham offers easy access to Walsingham and many of the region’s most beautiful historic and natural landscapes, making it an ideal location for a spring stay.
