We had the joy of seeing several glorious steam locomotives in action during the Mid-Norfolk Railway’s Steam Gala – a real treat for any heritage enthusiast! This clip captures just one of those special moments as a steam train rolls through Kimberley Park Railway Station in full nostalgic splendour.
Even more special was the chance to visit Karen and Martin, the dedicated custodians of this beautifully restored, privately owned station. Their meticulous renovations are a true tribute to the golden age of rail – and a reminder of the passion it takes to preserve these treasures.
